The Growth Manager will be responsible for the design and implementation of the digital marketing strategy for user acquisition and retargeting. He will be in charge of the execution and control of the strategy and will be responsible for providing insights based on in-depth analysis of the different channels, creatives, audiences, of each of our clients. He will also participate in the analysis of metrics and work closely with the client on product flow and user experience. 

The Head of Growth is responsible of leading the Growth team to achieving the clients’ performance KPIs and the company’s revenue goals.

HoG is in charge of supervising each client’s daily performance and budget execution, of reporting to the client the daily/weekly status of the account and having continuous communication with the client’s team.

HoG is responsible for leading the Growth team, assigning Growth managers to each client, ensuring day to day execution.

HoG is responsible for upselling to the client other products or upselling for the client to spend more.

Prospect, and manage large accounts (advertisers hybrids & App firts and advertising agencies - focus on certain markets Brazil and LATAM),

Establish broad and deep relationship with the decision makers. Bring the positioning Winclap for the industry, being ambassador of this concept.

Fill out the forecast worksheet assertively and continuously.

You should love to work with big data architectures, be proud of your findings, and to eagerly push them to production so customer can provide feedback. We will provide you with the path to production but it will be your responsibility to find the way to communicate it and show its value.  We will ask you why does our customer care about this?
